Description

Description The project consists of, but is not limited to, the renovation of building modifications and repairs to Support Group Headquarters Facility 519, including removal and disposal of asbestos containing material; removal and replacement of walls, doors, windows, finishes, mechanical equipment and systems, electrical equipment and systems, = fire protection systems, provisions of new standing seam metal roof and exterior insulation finish system; all supporting utilities. The approximate issue date will be 16 July 2001 with an approximate response date of 15 August 2001. This solicitation is a request for proposal and is issued on an unrestricted basis to all firms registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The North American Industry Classification System code is 23332. All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. The contract performance period is 255 calendar days. The project magnitude is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The entire solicitation, including specifications, will be made available only on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) Web Site at http://www.eps.gov. The solicitation may be accessed by following the links on the EPS website to: USAF Offices, Air Mobility Command, 436 CONS. Paper copies will not be available.
