CORRECTION: The "NOTE" which began the synopsis is deleted in its entirety as all approvals have been received. Additionally, in the section titled SPECIAL CONTRACT CONSIDERATIONS FOR SUBCONTRACTING, as reads "minimum mandatory floors..." is changed to read "minimum floors..." (The word "mandatory" has been deleted.)
