- The Defense Information Technology contracting Organization (DITCO) intends to issue on a sole source basis Communication Service Authorization (CSA) to GTE Airfone Incorporated to furnish Terrestrial Radio-Telephone Service to include voice, fax, data and STU III capability using GTE Magnastar C-2000 equipment installed on Government owned aircraft, tail #s 31683 and 31681. It is the intent of the Gov't to continue to acquire the service from GTE Airfon via CSA issued against the Basic Agreement. This announcement is for informational purposes only. See Note 22.
