Description

The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate text omitted from the original combined synopsis/solicitation of Solicitation Number 31168. 10.3.1. Resume of proposed workers. The resume should include the following: name, education, employment history, and experience history. 10.3.2. Past performance information. Past performance information consists of two general areas of data: 10.3.3.1. General business background. 10.3.2.2. Specific performance information. For specific performance information provide a listing of contracts for the same or similar services currently ongoing, performed or completed during calendar years 1999 through 2001. Contract information should include the contract number, date, agency, point of contact, and phone number. 11. EVALUATION CRITERIA 11.1. The contract will be awarded to the offeror with the best overall value on the basis of its offer and its ability to perform the work. 11.2. Initial award amount will be for phases 1 and 2. 11.3. Selection will be based on the following factors. 11.3.1. Technical Personnel Experience 11.3.2. Content Management Systems 11.2.3. Other Computer Experience: 11.3.3.1. Computer software or systems engineering experience related to file servers in UNIX operating environment and workstations in different environments (i.e., NT, Windows 95, Windows for Workgroups, UNIX, etc.). 11.3.3.2. Computer software or systems engineering experience related to file servers in other operating environments with workstations operating in different environments (i.e., NT, Windows 95 or higher, Windows for Workgroups, UNIX, etc.) 11.3.3.3. Past and present experience in managing contracts similar in scope to that describe in the statement of work. 11.3.4. Cost or price estimates. Price estimates must include entire project as well as each phase of project. 11.3.5. Software capability maturity model (CMM) level of vendor providing content management system.
