- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is soliciting sources for on-site drug training for Bureau of Engraving and Printing employees at Washington D. C. and Fort Worth Texas Facilities. Line item 001 is for a total of 100 classes, with approximately 25 to 30 employees each. Each class will be three (3) hours long. Line item 002 is for a drug referral service, which shall include a toll-free telephone contact, 24 hours daily and 365 days per year. A maximum of 100 employees to use referral service annually. Offerors will be evaluated based on the following factors, listed in descending order of importance: ability to meet requirements in Statement of Work; experience; past performance; and price. Evaluation factors other than price, when combined, are more important than price. Award will be based on the overall best value to the Government. Bureau of Engraving and Printing will pay training contractor travel cost, limited to GSA travel regulations per diem rates. You may retrieve a copy of the Statement of Work at the FedBizOpps website at www.eps.gov. Click on FBO for vendors, the POSTED DATES at TREAS Agency. The RFQ will be accessible under the June 20, 2001, posting for the BEP. This acquisition is set-side for small business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541618, with annual receipts of $5.0 million. All responsible small business sources are requested to submit a written quotation, which shall be considered by this agency. Quotations may be submitted on a SF18 or on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, sic code, business size standard, and Duns number. Quotes will be accepted on the first day after publication of the notice and a purchase order will be awarded after July 6, 2001. Quotation may be faxed to 202-874-3135; No phone request will be accepted. See numbered Note 1 (this acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business).
