Description

This Request For Quotes for the Siding and Roofing installation project on the Blackfeet Indian Reservation at the USPHS Indian Health Service Hospital in Browning, Montana, will incorporate the following changes to the original solicitation package disbursed on May 29, 2001. 1. The Roofing portion of the proposal will incorporate the following changes: An "Equal to or similar" component to the Globe French-Royal T-Loc shingle requested in the RFQ, can be submitted in your bid proposal. Refer to the plans and specifications. 2. The Siding portion of the proposal will incorporate the following changes: An "Equal to or similar" component to the Masonite Color-Loc siding as requested in the RFQ, can be submitted in your bid proposal. Refer to the plans and specifications. 3. The Bid Opening Date is hereby extended until 2:00 pm on Monday, July 9, 2001. 4. All other terms and conditions are to remain the same. FAXED PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Submit your bid proposal to the same address listed in Block 6 of the SF-30.
