Description

The work of this project consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment required to remove existing built-up roofing on Building 1 and replace with a new fully adhered membrane roofing system. The total area of roofing to be replaced on Building 1 is approxately 2,600 sq.ft.. Replace approximately 250 sq.ft. of deteriorated wood decking in kind. Provide flashing at required locations. Re-seal glazing on existing skylight. Location: Boston National Historical Park, Building 1, Charlestown Navy Yard, 2nd Avenue at Gate 2, Boston, Massachusetts. This solicitation is subject to Public Law 100-656, Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program, and is open to all concerns regardless of size standard. The NIAC Code for this project is 235610. The estimated price range for this project is under $100,000. Performance Time for this project is 60 calendar days.
