Description

Scope of work consists of but is not strictly limited to providing all labor, material, equipment and supervision as necessary for the miscellaneous renovation of office space (partitioning, lighting, painting, etc.) and other mechanical, electrical and architectural work. The work will be performed at five (5) buildings in Cincinnati and Dayton, OH. The Government reserves the right to add additional locations. It is the Government's intention to make award for two (2) or more identical contracts. The contract period will be a 12 month base period with two one-year options. This procurement is unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 233320 (SIC 1542) with a size standard of $27.5 million. Woman-Owned Businesses, Veteran-Owned Businesses and businesses located in Hubzones are encouraged to participate. Estimated construction cost for the base year is between $250,000 and $500,000. The request for proposals will be available on or about July 5, 2001 with proposals due on or about August 6, 2001. GSA is issuing this solicitation only electronically. Interested parties may access the solicitation at http://www.eps.gov. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and monitoring the site for any possible amendments. This is a negotiated procurement so there will not be a public opening.
