Description

Willow Bay Recreation Area Water Line Replacement. Project consists of a 3" polyethylene drinking water distribution line, including valves and connections, etc.on the Allegheny National Forest, Bradford Ranger District, Warren and McKean Counties, PA. Work includes trenching and backfilling, new waterlines, associated valves, drains, connections, clearing, seeding, stream crossing, and erosion control. Project range is between $100,000. and $250,000. There is a $25.00 nonrefundable charge for these plans.
