Description

Remove and dispose existing boilers and masonry base pad. Install new contractor furnished gas fired steam boilers and hot water hydronic boilers, 300,000 BTU. Replace the existing gas meter serving the water heater with a new utility furnished meter. Reconfigure the service entrance to accommodate the new meter and regulator requirements as determined by the utility. Replace new gas piping, sized as recommended by the utility, to serve both the water heater and the new boiler per industry standard and code requirement. Install all new steam supply and return piping. This procurement is open to both large and small business. The range for the estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
