- R -- *Synopsis # GT01003 -- On all correspondence, include the Office Symbol: AMSAM-AC-SA-F. The proposed acquisition is for one (1) lot of follow-on nonstandard spare parts in support of the TH-67 Aircraft for the Government of Taiwan. Authority Cited: Statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition for this requirement is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implementd by paragraphs 6.302-1 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) entitled "Only one responsible source or only a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." This acquisition is sole source to Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc. (BHTI), Post Office Box 482, Fort Worth, Texas 76101 who is the designer and manufacturer of the items. When calling be prepared to state name, address and solicitation number. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. See Numbered Note(s) 22.
