Description

The government intends to extend the term of contract N00600-96-D-2486 for "Plumbing, Heating, and sanitation equipment; and Pipe, Tubing, Hose and Fittings" by adding three one-month options to the existing Thomas Somerville Co contract. This action is being taken under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253 (c) 1 and FAR 6-302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements under this Just-In-Time contract until the negotiated full and open competition with partial small business set-aside award is made. The period of performance is to begin July 19, 2001 in an amount Not-To-Exceed (NTE) $184.091.73 (Option 1st month NTE $61,363.91, Option 2nd month NTE $61,363.91, Option 3rd month NTE $61,363.91.) No solicitation is available.
