This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified publications, they must respond to this notice before 1500hrs(central time) on 10 July 01. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source contract with the Bureau of National Affairs will be pursued.
