Description

This amendment to solicitation F02604-01-T-0022 is to clarify FAR Part 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items. The following factor shall be used to evaluate offers: technically acceptable lowest priced offer. To be technically acceptable a contractor must submit their quote with a current certificate from a national certifying body which indicates the instructors are fully qualified and trained to perform aerobic instruction as stated in the Statement of Work. A copy of the instructors current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) card shall also be submitted. The Government reserves the right to make award on the initial quote received without discussions. The Government will make basis of award resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. All other requirements of this solicitation remain unchanged. All offerors must submit their FINAL quotation with all required documents via email (preferred) or fax not later than 4:00 PM local time on 05 Jul 2001. Fax number is (623) 856-4992.
