Description

The work includes renovation to the housing units, including new finishes, doors, windows, cabinets, plumbing, electrical and incidental work. The basis for award is Best Value. The following criteria will be evaluated: FACTOR 1, Corporate Experience; FACTOR 2, Past Experience; FACTOR 3, Management Approach and Schedule; FACTOR 4, Key Personnel; and FACTOR 5, Price. The approximate solicitation release date is 6 July 2001. This solicitation is available in electronic format only. All documents will be in the Adobe Acrobat PDF file format on CD-ROM. The free Acrobat Reader, required to view the PDF files, is provided on the CD or can be downloaded from the Adobe website. Drawings are additionally included in the generic TIF graphic format. A charge of $12.50 will be made for each CD. The price includes priority mail postage.
