Description

Furnish all labor, equipment, materials and supplies for the construction of a new hatchery building at the Hagerman National Fish Hatchery near Hagerman, Idaho. The building is to be a 143" x 48' pre-engineered steel structure with concrete masonry unit walls. The building will house a large tank room, office and work space, and a walk-in cooler. The due date for offers is an approximate date. The actual due date shall be 30 days after issuance of the solicitations. Estimated construction cost range is between $500,000.00 -- $1,000,000.00. This is not an invitation for bid. Award will be negotiated on "best value" basis based on such factors as past performance and experience, in accordance with FAR Part 15 provisions.
