Description

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA/MASC), has a requirement for the construction of a storage building in Carolina, Puerto Rico. This project includes but is not limited to the following: site preparation, concrete foundation and formwork, brick masonry, structural steel, rough carpentry, thermal & moisture protection, doors and window installation, finishes such as wallboard, flooring and painting, air-conditioning installation and electrical work. Technical merit as well as price will be used to evaluate offers. As the technical merit becomes more equal, price becomes a greater factor. Procurements under Simplified Acquisition Procedures ($25,000-$100,000) are set-aside for small businesses unless a small business cannot meet the need at a reasonable price.
