PRON: AX1T1115AX, NSN: 2840-01-258-6516, PART NUMBER: 6038T69G02, Quantity: 12 each plus two one-year 100% options applicable to the T-700 turbine engine. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 12 each, 313 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 238 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 12 each, 250 Days DACA. This requirement is limited to Fiatavio Spa, Cage Code: A3460, General Electric Co., Cage Code: 99207, and Alpha Q Inc., Cage Code: 61344 because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. An alternate source must qualify in accordance with the design control activity's procedures, as approved by the cognizant Government engineering activity. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
