Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This request for quotation is issued under Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Part 13. IMPORTANT -- Only offerors who are registered in the Central Contractor Database are eligible for award (reference DFARS Clause 52.204-7004 or see web site http://www.ccr2000.com/. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System is 333315 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. The government intends to make award of a firm-fixed-price purchase order to the most responsible offeror whose quote provides the best price to the government. A specific product determination has not been made. The offered items shall be the make/model products as listed or equal. The required items and quantities are: ITEM 0001, 10 each, SONY DV WALKMAN, WITH 5.5" SCREEN, MODEL GV-D900, ITEM 0002, 25 each SONY DV WALKMAN GV-D300, MODEL GV-D300, ITEM 0003, 5 each, ALARM ADAPTER, MODEL PGV-250, ITEM 0004, SONY DV CAMCORDER, MODEL DCR-PC110, Delivery is required no later than 30 days after receipt of award for all items. Inspection and acceptance of all items shall be at destination (government facility). The ship to address is IMA, ACCT W23BFK/W23W8C, Bldg T2501 Chisholm Avenue, Fort George G. Meade, MD, 20755-5315.
