Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to purchase the following items on a sole source basis from Facilitate.Com, 4323 23rd Street, San Francisco, CA 94114: Two (2) Facilitate.Com Software Server Standard Licenses for Windows, including five User Groups for each license, and Three (3) Day Onsite Installation. These software licenses are essential to the collaborative engineering mission for projects associated with the Decision Support Center, as they are an integral component of the existing subsystem. Award is to be made under simplified acquisition procedures on an all or none basis. The closing date is 28 June 2001. Anticipated award date is 29 June 2001. All items are to be priced FOB Destination to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 17320 Dahlgren Road, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5100. THE GOVERNMENT SHALL NOT ISSUE A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR QUOTATION AS ALL ITEMS ARE IDENTIFIED IN THIS COMMERCE BUSINESS DAILY (CBD) NOTICE. The Government will award a purchase order from this combined synopsis/solicitation to Facilitate.Com.
