Description

The U.S. Army Soldier and Biological Chemical Command intends to conduct negotiations with and award a contract to Geomet Technologies, Inc., 20251 Century Blvd., Germantown, MD. 20874, on a basis of other than full and open competition, reference FAR 6.302-1 (a) for live agent testing on US Navy's MK-1 Chemical liners. Geomet has the knowledge and experience to provide this service. They have data files from a previous test and can duplicate the test procedures, test conditions and test cells. This will enable them to provide a valid comparison of data. No solicitation document is available. See Note 22.
