Description

The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to Worksoft Inc. for their Certify End User License, Execution Engine and User and Administrative Training. This technology is the automated test tool in writing a library of reusable functions in the customer's selected test tool product. It builds and runs test cases in shorter time frames using different kinds of automated test tools. All responsible sources that can provide the above requirement shall submit a written quotation of interest and capability by the date specified (7/9/01). All quotes shall include FOB point, point of contact (name and telephone number), GSA Contract Number, if applicable, business size and payment terms. No solicitation will be issued, therefore such requests for solicitations will be considered nonresponsive. All questions must be submitted in writing.
