Description

The Marine Corps Regional Contracting Office, Kansas City, has a requirement to obtain pest management services for the Marine Corps Support Activity, located at Richards Gebaur Memorial Airport, Kansas City, MO. This is a multi building, campus type installation consisting of both wood frame and reinforced masonry buildings. Contractor is to furnish all labor, supervision, tools, materials and equipment necessary to provide pest control services using integrated pest management techniques in accordance with the contract requirements. Work includes the performance of nuisance, structural and other miscellaneous pest control services. The contractor shall be licensed by the State of Missouri to provide pest control in the categories specified in the statement of work. The contract will be a combination of firm fixed-price and indefinite quantity with a base year and 4 options year periods. The solicitation will be issued on or about 9 Jul 01 with the closing date on or about 09 Aug 01. This purchase qualifies to be processed using the simplified acquisition procedures. The basis for award will be price and other factors with offerors submitting written proposals supplying management, experience and past performance information.
