Description

The work of this project consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment required to Fabricate and Install Two (2) Steel Exterior Egress Stairs with Platforms on Building #10, Charlestown Navy Yard, Boston National Historical Park, Boston, Massachusetts. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The NAIC Code for this project is 332323 (Fabrication of metal fire stairs) with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The Walsh Healy Public Contract Act applies and the Davis-Bacon Act applies to the installation portion of the project. The estimated price range of this project is under $100,000. Performance Time for this project is 90 calendar days.
