Description

Project consists of securing 6,350 to 16,000 cubic yards of crushed aggregate from a designated Forest Service rock pit. Unless otherwise provided, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools and transportation necessary to perform the work in accordance with the specifications and previsions of the contract. Project location: From Yreka proceed north on State Highway 263 approximately 8 miles to State Highway 96. Proceed west on State Highway 96 approximately 63 miles to County Road 7C01 (Indian Creek Road). Proceed north on County Road 7C01 approximately 7.5 miles to County Road 8C001 (South Fork of Indian Creek Road). Proceed west on 8C001approximately 0.5 miles to Tom Gray Rock Pit. Stockpile site shall be across 8C001 from the rock pit. Price range is $100,000 to $250,000. Contract time is 60 calendar days, with an estimated start date of July 31st, 2001.
