"This acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, U.S.C., Sec 2751 ET SEQ) or The Export Administration Act (Title 50, U.S.C., APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470. This information cannot be released outside the United Stated without prior approval of the Government." System: PATRIOT, Nomenclature: Heat Exchanger, PRON D1192879, NSN: 1430-01-091-4714, P/N: 11449141, to be procured under a multiple year, requirements contract. The current known quantity for this item is 40 each. This acquisition covers potential requirements for a base year and (4) four outyears, for a total maximum quantity of 300 each. Orders will be issues one or more times as requirements materialize. The proposed contract listed herein is 100% small business set aside. "By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore, foreign request for this solicitation will not be honored. "Destination to be furnished. One (1) each first article required for testing. Delivery Schedule 270 days after contract award. 90 days for delivery of first article, 90 days testing and 90 days for delivery of production quantity.
