- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is DAAD05-01-T-0546. This requirement is a brand name or equal and shall be awarded on an "all or none" basis. If providing equal, provide sufficient description/descriptive literature of the physical, functional, or performance characteristics of the item for comparison purposes. CLIN 0001 Schiebel AN-19/2 Mine Detecting Sets, 50 EACH. Specifications as described on the following website: http://www.schiebel.com/industries/an-19-2.htm#top. Requisition Number BPLE4N1157D001. This is a Foreign Military Sales Requirement, FMS Case Poland PL-B-BAC. Additional batteries for the items are not required. Shipping will be to Poland's freight forwarder in the United States. Delivery shall be arranged upon award. FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, must be provided with offers. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
