Description

The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) intends to award a sole source contract to ViaSat, Inc., 6155 El Camino Real, Carlsbad, CA 92009. The contractor will be required to develop a production version of the NILE LLC Security device, an LLC Security Simulator (SIM) and services to support LLC testing and integration. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Responses to this notice of intent to award to ViaSat should be submitted no later than forty-five (45) days from the date of this synopsis to Mr. Jon Wester, Contract Specialist, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, 02 Contracts Directorate, 4301 Pacific Highway, San Diego, CA 92110-3127.
