- The Carderock Division Naval Surface Warfare Center intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with National Instruments for 20 ea SCXI-1520 universal strain gage input module and 20 ea SCXI-1314 universal strain terminal block. Only one responsible source and no other suppliers or services will satisfy agency needs under the authority of FAR 6.302.1. Anticipated award is on or about 07/10/01. See Numbered Note (s) 1.
