Description

The Military District of Washington Acquisition Center, Fort Belvoir, Virginia intends to issue a contract for food services for the National Ground Intelligence Center, Charlottesville, VA. This synopsis supersedes submission number 50G8X0 dated 21 March 2001. The contractor shall provide Food Services at the center for an estimated 750 federal employees, authorized private contract employees and visitors during business hours. The acquisition will be conducted as a non appropriated fund instrument with facilities and equipment provided by the Government. No management fees will be authorized. Contract period of performance is date of award plus four (4) options years with 12 months in duration if exercised. The solicitation will be available on or about July 9, 2001. This proposed contract is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The SIC Code is 5812 and the FSC Code S203. The size standard is $5 million.
