Description

87 It is the Government's intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Farmer's Association, Little Rock, Arkansas, to provide Purina Mills 5K96, Isoflavone free rat chow with vitamin and mineral concentration to equal unautoclaved NIH-31, meal form, sterile via irradiation, packaged in 10 kg bags, quantity five 2,500 kg shipments, total 12,500 kg, FOB Point Destination. Chow specifications are proprietary to Purina Mills. A request for Quotations is not available. This is a 100% set-aside for small business, firm fixed price requirement. Simplified procurement procedures will be utilized. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. See Numbered Note(s) 22 and 23.
