Description

To address increased interest in Oil and Gas production and the possible development of Coal Bed Methane, a background Ethnographic Study, which will summarize the importance of the area to tribal groups historically linked to the planning area, must be completed. The Contractor shall seek to identify the presence or absence of sacred areas and/or sites and to describe the current use of the area by Americna Indians for traditional religious purposes. The draft document must be completed in 120 days after award is made with the final document to be delivered 180 days after award. The proposed award is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Solicitation will be available on July 13, 2001.
