Description

This is a notice that FISC Norfolk Naval Shipyard Annex intends to procure on a sole source basis one (1) each Discreet non-linear editing system including related components which must be compatible to existing Discreet system currently in use. Award will be accomplished utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. This notice is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The NAICS classification is 541512 and the small business size standard is $18.0m. Numbered Note 22 applies.
