Description

This is a sources sought request for commercial items. THE PART NUMBERS USED IN THIS SOURCES SOUGHT REQUEST ARE FROM MADICO INC. The items required will need to be provided as listed or an equal item. If providing an equal item please include all technical data with your submission. Due to the sensitivity of this project the fragmentation film specification and proper, experienced application of the specialized fragmentation film is paramount. The items required are: Line item 0001 LCL 800 XSR (29,000 SF). Line item 0002 8 mil NG 50 XSR (600 SF). Line item 0003 8 mil RS 440 XSR (1,200 SF). Line item 0004 Installation of LCL 800 (25,140 SF). Line item 0005 Installation of 8 mil NG 50 (491 SF). Line item 0006 Installation of 8 mil RS 440 (907 SF). Line item 0007 Removal of existing film (4558 SF). The vendor must have some form of documented performance record of success with high risk/threat areas within the Department of Defense and other federal agencies. All qualified companies please submit performance documentation, to include where performance was accomplished, type of performance, technical specification information, along with business size to the 355th Contracting Squadron, 3180 S.
