Provide washrack cleaning services for Fort Benning, Georgia for the base period of 01 Oct 2001 thru 30 Sep 02 with four option years. Work includes cleaning basins, grit chambers, piping, oil/water separators, used oil pick-up, transporting sludge to bio-farm and hazardous materials to certified landfills or recycling facilities.
