This COMMERCIAL ACQUISITION is for award of a two-year fixed price with economic price adjustment type requirements contract(s). There will be three, one-year option periods to extend the ordering period. This procurement action is to support Aerojet, Hazel Avenue and Folson Boulevard, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670. Various sources. BEQ: 21,600 TNs for Line Item: 0001, NSN: 9135-01-965-2526, Propellant, Liquid Nitrogen, Type II, Grade B, in accordance with MIL-PRF-27401D, 03 Oct 1995; BEQ: 2,560 TNs for Line Item: 0002, NSN: 9135-00-965-2527, Propellant, Liquid Oxygen, Type II, Grade A, in accordance with MIL-PRF-25508F, 19 Oct 1995. Line Item: 0003 & 0004 Delay and Standby, Line Item: 0005, DATA, IAW DD FM 1423-1 for Line Items: 0001 and 0002. FOB: DESTINATION in contractor-furnished tank trucks for delivery into Government in user storage vessels at destination. Offers will be accepted for both Line Items: 0001 and 0002. A split award may result. Only written or FAXed requests for solicitations received directly from the requestor are acceptable.
