Description

The purpose of this modification is to answer a contractor's question and identify that this procurement will result in a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, Indefinite-Quantity/Indefinite-Delivery Award Term contract. Award Term is a contractual incentive which provides for extending the length of a contract based on the contractor meeting clearly defined performance objectives or product functionality rather than detailed requirements. Contractor's question is: "Regarding the sentence beginning "Qualifications shall include..." Please define the phrase "Key Team Members" in this sentence. Is this phrase intended to mean Key Personnel from the offeror's internal workforce or does it mean the Team of subcontractors or vendors that the offeror may include in its proposal?" Answer: Qualifications of the Key Team Members include the offeror's internal workforce and the team of subcontractors or vendors that the offeror may include in their proposal.
