Description

Provide Home IV Therapy services, in the home of eleigible veterans who are designated by, and are living within the service area of the VAMC, Huntington, WV. The contract will be for a base year with 2 one year otpions. Issue date will be on July 2, 2001. Award date will be October 1, 2001. All request must be in writing.
