Description

The Office of the Secretary (OS), Office of Public Health and Science (OPHS), Office of Minority Health (OMH), through the General Acquisitions Branch, PSC, intends to award a twelve (12) month sole source simplified acquisition to Portland State University. The purpose of this simplified acquisition is to conduct a case study, approximately 300 case reviews, to include immigrant women of Chinese, Filipino, and Vietnamese backgrounds residing in the Portland metropolitan area. The case study shall examine how cultural differences affect women's attitudes on health and health care behavior. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. See Note 22.
