Description

Solicitation Number 01M008835 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP), on a competitive basis, to organize working groups for two sections of a collaborative training manual for domestic violence advocates and mental health providers. A firm fixed price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures is anticipated. The Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS), Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) is soliciting proposals for continued work begun in two previous contracts on improving the medical and mental health system's responses to domestic violence and on developing collaborations between mental health providers and domestic violence advocates. (1) FY 1999: Evaluating the Feasibility of Developing Collaborative Partnerships Between Domestic Violence Advocates and Mental Health Providers in Order to Provide Comprehensive Services for Domestic Violence Survivors and Their Children, (2) FY 2000: Facilitating the Development of Collaborative Partnerships Between Domestic Violence Advocates and Mental Health Providers in order to Provide Comprehensive Services for Domestic Violence Survivors and Their Children.
