Description

U. S. Government Seeking Expressions Of Interest for Assignable Land Option In Woodlawn, Maryland General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking expressions of interest from fee title owners, or their duly authorized representatives, wanting to participate in an assignable option to purchase a site, or an assemblage of properties for a lease construction project. The expression of interest is for the SITE ONLY. The site shall contain approximately 6 to 9 acres and have adequate and direct frontage and access on two primary streets in the following delineated area: Within a 3-mile driving distance from the I-70 interchange of I-695. Site shall be zoned for commercial office facilities or be capable of having zoning changed, and shall not be in a floodplain. Sites have requisite infrastructure to support a building of approximately 131,200 rentable square feet with a 100-foot security setback on all sides of the building. Site shall be environmentally clean with Seller providing any existing environmental information available for the site. Seller shall advise if there are any historic structures on or in the immediate area of the site and if there are any known archaeological resources on or near the site. Fee title owners, or their duly authorized representatives, are invited to submit expressions of interest, specifying the address and legal description of the property to: Carole J.
