Description

Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to construct an Aids to Navigation Building (ANT) at U. S. Coast Guard Group Fort Macon, Atlantic Beach, NC. The project consists of a new single story ANT Building. The new 2400 SF building will be rectangular in shape with a high roof over the shop area and a lower roof over the support areas. The entry into the building will be through the Open Office area and the Shop area. The new facility will have an asphalt composition shingle roof to match the existing Annex Building. At the main entrance is a standard hollow metal door and frame into the open office area. The roof is Gable with a pitch 6 to 12. The exterior walls are modular brick and load-bearing 8? CMU block. The interior walls are 4? metal stud with gypsum wallboard. Unit Item to install new covered boat storage consisting of 2x wood joist framing and galvanized metal panel roofing system and galvanized post columns. This procurement is estimated between $250K and $500K. This procurement is open to large and small businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program.
