THIS IS A CHANGE TO THE CBD ANNOUNCEMENT submitted on June 8, 2001, submission No. 50"O"4B8. The project is being changed to a 100% HUBZONE SET-ASIDE procurement. A company MUST be certified by the Small Business Administration (See http://www.sba.gov/hubzone)as a small business HUBZone PRIOR to submitting a bid. The requirements to be a qualified HUBZone concern are if the firm is a small business, located in a "historically underutilized business zone" (HUBZone), owned and controlled by one or more U. S. Citizens, and at least 35% of its employees reside in a HUBZone. The bid date remains 24 July 2001 at 2:00 pm (local time).
