Description

The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials and incidental supplies necessary to perform Road Rehabilitation on the Shirley Creek Horse Camp Road (main road and two loop roads), on the Brownstown Ranger District of the Hoosier National Forest in Orange County, Indiana. The work shall include, but is not limited to: 1) Rehabilitation of the existing 12 foot wide main aggregate surfaced road by widening to 18 feet; 2) Adding corrugated metal pipe (CMP) extensions; 3) Installing gabions and riprap at designated CMP outlets; 4) Reshaping ditches; 5) Widening the existing loop roads from 11 feet to 14 feet; and 6) Adding crushed aggregate to all roads. A pre-quote showing/site visit will be held at a date to be determined. This project will be solicited using the Request for Quotation format and will be solicited on an unrestricted (no set-aside) basis. The estimated project value is between $25,000 and $100,000.
