Description

Contractor is to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to remodel existing space with in our Medical Center within the scope of work for project "Consolidate Mental Health" according to drawings and specification. Scope of work includes but not limited to general renovation, demolition, new wall construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and new finishes (ceiling, flooring, painting, ceramic tile, etc.). The estimated cost range is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. NAICS Code is 233320. This procurement is subject to the availability of funds. Estimated solicitation issue date is August 15, 2001. Solicitation packages will be limited to the first 25 requestors. A pre-bid conference will be scheduled for this project, the time and date will be indicated within the solicitation.
