Description

Removal and installation of government furnished fan coil units. The government will supply all fan coil units and Contractor will provide all labor, transportation and supervision to accoplish the removal and replacemen of fan coil units to incluse: 1. disconnecting and reconnecting electrical, plumbing and water lines. Work crew shall be composed of a licensed electrician. licensed plumber and a licensed HVAC contractor as a minimum. 2. The work force will be capable of remodeling/renovation type work requiring multi-skilled personnel.
