Description

The National Park Service, Pacific Islands Support Office is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the general construction of a new centralized water system for the western portion of American Memorial Park, island of Saipan. Work shall include a lateral to the Micro Beach area. Included in this work is the connection to the Hyatt system, one 65,000 gallon concrete storage tank, a hydropneumatic system, and 3,721 linear feet of 3", 4" and 6" waterline. The estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Project completion time is 120 calendar days. A limited number of solicitation packages will become available approximately July 10, 2001, on a first-come, first-served basis until the supply is exhausted. Contractors will have a thirty day response time for submission of offers, from the date of solicitation issuance. There is no charge for the solicitation package, however, only one copy will be furnished to each requesting party. Planholders lists will not be faxxed. Interested parties should request a solicitation package in writing to the attention of the Contracting Officer at the Pacific Islands Support Office of the National Park Service, Haleakala National Park, P.O.
