Description

Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to Replace Windows, Doors and Install New Parking at CAMSPAC Transmitter Building. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: A. Remove and dispose of existing windows at front elevation of the Transmitter Building. B. Remove and dispose of entrance doors, frames and hardware at front elevation of the Transmitter Building. C. Remove and dispose of mini-blinds at windows of front elevation of the Transmitter Building. D. Remove and dispose of existing mesh fabric over soffit openings above windows and doors. Remove downlights over doors, terminate wires at panel side and cap ends of wires. E. Install new asphalt concrete paving. F. Install new asphalt concrete parking bumpers. G. Install new bronze aluminum grilles over each exterior soffit opening above windows and doors. H. Install new low-e, insulated glass, bronze aluminum frame, windows at front elevation of Transmitter Building. I. Install new bronze aluminum frame, insulated low-e glass entrance door and hardware. J. Install new mini-blinds for new window installation at front elevation. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $25,000 and $100,000. Performance period is 90 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This procurement is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business participation. The applicable NAICS code is 235990. Small Business size standard is $11.5 million. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered.
