Description

DESIGN/BUILD REMODEL FOR GYN CLINICS: Work includes further development of existing design drawings, preparation of technical specifications, and construction services. All design and construction will comply with applicable VA/building/safety/fire/health care facility codes. Space is partially demolished but additional demolition and relocation of facilities is required prior to construction. Design and construction services shall include structural, architectural, fire alarm & sprinkler, electrical, mechanical, signage, wall covering, medical gas, nurse call and other necessary services.
