Description

Work consists of, but is not limited to the following: replace the existing roof with a standing seam metal roof; replace acoustical ceiling, carpet, and HVAC equipment; replace existing transformer and electrical service; construct temporary modular building; concrete foundation and floor slab; pre-engineered metal building to match existing interior partitions and finishes; LAN; electrical; mechanical and fire protection systems; remove existing windows, doors and stucco to attach new addition to the existing building; Air Conditioning; and include sidewalk, parking, landscaping, and sprinkler system. This is an unrestricted acquisition. Estimated magnitude for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
